Peace and love of Jesus Christ and blessings of the Nativity feastUnder the patronage of His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion, of the Coptic Orthodox Church - Dioceses of Los Angeles, Southern California, and HawaiiWe are pleased to announce the opportunity that God has allowed for the church of Holy Virgin Mary and St. Bishoy, Los Angeles to open escrow for the property at the corner of Cleland Ave and El Paso Dr. This is the corner property located adjacent to the church area not already owned by the church.

The purpose for purchasing this house is to establish a complete parcel of land with the other houses already belonging to the church providing rental income and allowing for future plans in the long-term to possibly expand the facilities at HVM, including more space for gatherings, parking, and Sunday school.

We need your prayers and your support for us to purchase this house as the funds required are $1,380,000 and it is quite challenging for our church to obtain a mortgage from banks. Our options are very limited for financing from banks due to our status as a church and we have less than 3 weeks to close escrow.
