The Full Itinerary in Greece & Egypt Includes 10 days in Greece, 14 days in Egypt, all accommodation are in superior class hotels based on half-board,
3 days cruise in Greece full-board, 5 days cruise in Egypt full-board, 3 days in Hurgadah-Red Sea, visits and entry fees to museums,
ancient churches, old monasteries, and other site seeing included in the trip itinerary,
Airfare covering JFK/ATH/CAI/ATH/JFK and the domestic airfare Cairo~Aswan,  all motor-coach air-conditioned transportation in Greece and Egypt.

Deposits and Final Payment: A deposit of US$ 300 per person is required at time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Deposits and final payments can be made by personal check, travelers check, money order, or cashier/bank check payable to “Holy Virgin Mary Church - Los Angeles”.

Air Transportation: All tickets are economy class, based on 7/60 days’ non-refundable Apex airfare. Cancellations made after air tickets have been issued are subject to cancellation penalty as imposed by the airlines. All deviation requests from the group itinerary must be received in writing not later than 60-days prior to departure. A US$ 75 fee per person will be charged on all deviations in addition to any extra airfare that may be incurred.

Accommodations: Accommodations in Greece will be in Superior B Class hotels based on twin bedded rooms with private bath. In Egypt, 4-Star hotels based on twin bedded rooms with private bath. Cruises in both Greece and Egypt will be on 5-Star cruiseships in outside cabins. A person taking a single room (subject to availability) must pay a single supplement of US$ 750.

Meals: Half-board during hotel accommodation (Breakfast & Dinner). All meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) on both the Greece & Egypt Cruises.

Daily Schedule: The order of the daily visits may be changed according to the availability and season reservations of the places and sites that are included in the journey’s itinerary.

The Journey Price doesn’t include: Air Taxes, Port Taxes, U.S. Departure Tax, Overseas Airport Tax, Greece & Egypt visa fee, tips to guides, drivers, waiters and cruise personnel, passport fees, phone calls, valet/laundry service, wines, liquors, mineral water, after dinner coffee or tea, sightseeing not specifically mentioned, shore excursions during the Aegean Hellenic cruise, excess baggage and all other items of a purely personal nature.

Cancellation: For a written cancellation received by Holy Virgin Mary Church up to 65 days prior to departure, refunds will be made less a US$ 50 per person administrative fee. From 64 to 45 days prior to departure, cancellation will be subject to US$ 300 per person cancellation fee. From 44 to 31 days prior to departure, cancellation will be subject to 25% cancellation fee of the total tour price. From 30 to 16 days prior to departure, cancellation will be subject to 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price. Within 15 days prior to departure cancellation will be subject to 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price per person. In addition, airline tickets are not refundable once issued. No refunds will be given for any unused services while on tour.
